Engagement 08 · Construction + development · Brand + digital experience

Making decades of field experience legible to serious project partners.

Prime Source Development is Michael Melia’s North Jersey construction and development company, established in Montclair in 2009. Ronin’s 2026 engagement turned that record into a coherent brand, an evidence-led website, and a qualified path from project interest to inquiry.

Current

Prime Source Development LLC was established in 2009. Ronin’s brand and digital engagement is a separate, current body of work from September 2026; Michael Melia’s construction record predates it.

01 — The communication problem

Complex field work needed more than a list of services.

Prime Source’s value sits in judgment across development, structural recovery, modular construction, repositioning, foundations, concrete, drainage, and difficult sites. The digital problem was to make that breadth clear without flattening it into generic contractor language.

Serious owners, investors, and developers need to understand not only what a company offers, but how it thinks when conditions change.

The resulting story leads with Michael Melia’s operating perspective, then supports it with documented projects, a practical working sequence, and a qualified inquiry path. Ronin created that brand and digital system; Prime Source performed the construction shown as evidence.

02 — The digital system

Identity, evidence, and inquiry built as one experience.

The engagement moved from the mark through the site architecture and into the messages that carry a new inquiry to the people responsible for responding.

04 — Inquiry design

A useful conversation starts with the right context.

The lead form asks enough to distinguish a real project before Michael responds, while keeping the path direct for someone ready to discuss the work.
  • Project location
  • Project type
  • Estimated budget
  • Start timeline
  • Project description

ASAP and one-to-three-month timelines receive high-priority treatment in the notification flow.

Branded notifications are routed to Mike and Ronin. Test sends were accepted by the sending service; inbox placement has not been independently verified.
